Trying to find some Nori for my Tang. Oriental store has 2 types. One w/ no calories and one 2 w/ 82 calories per cup. Other than that there basically identical as far as I can tell....not real good at my Japaneese though. So....which one should I feed?

Thanks...picked up two bags of dried seaweed...only difference I can see is in the calorie and carbs. Not sure how one bag of dried seaweed be calorie free and the other have 82 calories per cup? So...seaweed feeders....does your's have calories?

the calories probably come from the seasonings, make sure you feed the one with no seasoning.

The dried seaweed I have has this (per 4 sheets):

15 Calories
0 Fat
100mg Sodium
3g Sugars
2g Protein

There is no mention of seasonings or being roasted...

I just checked my brand and the package says that it is toasted. I guess it's is the same as roasted - should I get rid of it?
