What is this living in my refugium ?

Please look at the attachemnt, what are these lil creatures living in my refugium, they are all over the place as you can see.
If they are a good type of bug, how do I remove some of them from the refugium to the main tank?

They will get there through the pump. Most will die, others will live. There are already more in the tank than you know. Use a flashlight at night.

Those are flatworms - they don't really do any damage, but can reproduce rather quickly and cover everything in your tank.
