How easy are frogspawns to keep. I have a 75 with 260w of light. I may add a little more light, but I like mostly softies, zoos, leathers and such.

you should be ok, they are easy to keep. what kind of lighting is it pc ?

Easy with:

Good water quality
moderate lighting
Decent calcium levels

yeah they are easy to keep. Mine is splitting at two of the heads :) Mine likes little to almost no flow high calcium levels and temp around 80.

i have 2-150w on a 90 and was wondering if i can house a frogspawn... how do u guys move it? do u guys feel numbness when it stings??

the 150's should be enough. if your fealing numb after touching it, stop and get the your hands out of there and get gloves on. when i move mine i grab the stalk making sure not to touch the tissue.
