I would like to know what you all are feeding your BTAs' and how often? Do they like lots of water flow or little? I have 440 watts of VHO on my tank. It is a 55 gal. with 70 lbs. of fiji LR. I have a gold striped maroon clown fish in my tank. I really want a bubble tip anemone and any and all advice is welcome.

Silversides, krill and shrimp are just a few of the foods BTA's will accept. After the BTA has settled in you can try feeding it 2-3 times a week. As for water flow, they generally like moderate water flow IME.

Try and get a BTA that is significantly larger than the maroon (a few times bigger than the clown would be great). Clowns can be rough on a new anemone and this can be detrimental to the health of the anemone if it is too small in relation to the clown (it can also make it hard for the anemone to get settled in).
