I just bought a clown and an anenome and was wondering if my clown will ever hang out in it..... It is a tank raised clown....I bought it rather than wild because they are cheaper and hardier.

I have a tank raised Perc and a BTA.

It took about 1.5 months, but the Perc found the BTA and will NOT leave it - very cool.

I think once it actually touches and finds the anemone it will love it.

My false percula never has, in over a year. There's a thread about it...

Seems hit or miss, and mostly miss with this unnatural combination.

Thanks for all the help guys.....He/She seems to be getting close to the anenome and hangs out in that general area so its only a matter of time before the clown finds its home. BTW..... what is BTA acronym?

Here is my anenome... Is it a BTA? Sorry about the quality (camera phone) But it has pink tips on the tenticals. It is really small but it seems to like it in my tank. I was wondering how much to feed it. I have been injecting some brine shrimp out of the tank feeding right on top of it and it eats it all. I do this every day... is that too much?

Looks like an Condy to me.....not an natural host to clowns. Although my Clarkii did host in a large one at one time. Where did you get the Anemone?? Blue
