Actinic 420 lighting

A friend of mine recently proposed putting a actinic 420 bulb in my tank, instead of the 03 actinic i was going to add. Any suggestions, and what would be the benefits?

I am already running a 55w 03 actinic, and a 96w 10K. the bulb is for the other lamp in my 2x55w PC.

Actinic light is 420 nm in wavelength. There shouldn't be a difference between the two bulbs.
