Sick clown - advise requested

I discovered these spots on my mated pair of ocellaris clowns. There are black spots up and down each fish. Their behavior seems normal to me. They're active and eating. Does this look like "black ich" to you? With a little luck I can catch them and put them in a hospital tank if recommended. What treatment is recommended these days? Thanks!
