I am moving to a new house, must take down my system. While I am planning for a new tank in the new location, I can't save the livestock in time or reuse my eurotank.

I have about 250lbs of Fiji live rocks $1.00/lb;
Nearly 500lbs of live sand $1.00/lb;
140g euro style tank for $100;
A few corals that are not taken yet, $10/ea;
And some fish also.

You may check out my setup in my photo section if search my username, and ask any questions. Will consider discount for large purchase.

Buyer pick up the goods. Thanks.

Thanks Emperator.

I have not started to take any thing out yet other than given a few corals to a good friend of mine in exchange for future favor.

Other than the LR, I have the fish you see in the picture, and two green torch corals (not the one at the center but at the back, and one not in the picture) and the mushroom rock.

Bunch of macroalgae in the two refugiums.

How did I forget this, nearly 500lbs of live sand, half PCA half SD, $1.00/lb.

Will do. The tank is 1/2" glass all around with euro bracing. 48"Lx20"Hx35"D, takes four to safely move around. Your right, I paid $650 for a local builder to make.

If no tank taker, I will use it for my sump at the new site but thought it would be a waste if someone can use it.

My agent just called this morning. The buyer have decided to withdraw the contract. They initially were so impressed and wanted to keep the tank but after the inspection, they were scared off by him, asked me to take down everything, now they even got to the point that they don't even want the house because I told the inspector I did not take out a permit for the fish room.

I am still planning to take down the tank since I still want to sell the house, and given this experience it will be better that there is no tank at all before showing my house again. However the timing may change but I will update you guys as soon as I can. There is a good chance it will still happen this weekend.

Very very sorry guys, so many things are happening these days, one thing you can be sure this tank will be in good hands until the last minute.

A number of you wanted the tank, I am not trying to ignore your PMs just I have to deal with the livestock first, then start to go through the list on the tank buy.

Thought to add a few things in this thread. I plan to remove all the rock on Sunday. One member had said he will buy all of them and is willing to put down a deposit now. So I must give him the first order. I will find out soon and if the deal go bust I will contact the others in the order of the requests for rocks.

The tank is planned to be disassembled once all the livestocks are out. Since the tank is very heavy, I'd prefer the buyer be around to help me to move it into your truck, meaning as soon as I can determine the right time next week for tank delivery, I'd like you to be here and hopefully with one or two of your buddies ready to help.

I will give the tank buyer who can meet my above preference the first order. Please also be aware that this is a used tank, I can not garrantee its condition nor performance after the removal and into the future. It will be sold as is, any difficulties with the tank after the sale will be the buyer's responsibility to deal with, all I can say now is that this tank has been doing just fine as it was designed to do since the initial setup nearly 11 months ago.

I know some of you may not like me for this but I have many other major issues to deal with so I hope you all understand.

All livestock and rocks are gone. Working on dismentling the tank room. There is currently one potential tank buyer that can take the tank this coming weekend, which will be the latest I can store the tank since the dry wall contractor is coming in next week and I don't want to leave the tank anywhere near my garage because of the construction.

I also want to thank Rob and the other RC member who are the new hosts of my tank inhabitants (rocks included) and I know they are in good hands.
