lighting overkill?

Im getting a long over do upgrade in lighting. Will 260 watts of pcs be too much for a 55 gal with softies and zoos? The lights will be half actinics and half 10ks (Coralife's). :confused:

no there is no such thing as too much light

Depending on what you have now you might reduce the hours and bring them up slowly.
