Well, guess I will have to change my profile to spoiling the grandaughters.

Our daughter & her husband,[of course],:D, just made us proud grandparents of our second grandchild. Both girls.

But big, 10lbs. 3oz. and 24 inches long. My poor daughter, ouch,. Gotta love it though. Lots of fun and I can give them them back after spoiling them.:D

Congrats Doug!, to get off the subject a little, I just made an order from Saltwater Connection for a couple of Derasa's for me and a bud, not having seen them, can I trust I will will receive good quality clams?,I asked for 4 inch Derasa's with nice coloring.

I've read where you dealt with them before, this is my first, you know the old saying, once bitten twice shy, hope they come through with good quality clams.

Thanks Grandpa

Hi Wayner: Both of mine are beautiful & growing well. I bought a 4in. & a 6in. They, as all his livestock, arrived in excellent shape, well packed & healthy.

As for colours, mine have some nice colours, at least for derasa,s, them not being the most colourful of the clams.

As can be seen on my page, one has some nice colour and one has lots of brown, with some colour deep inside and along the edges. Those two pics are not a great representation of the clams either.

Thanks Doug, have a great time on your trip with yours. They are one of the mains in our life now and one of the main reasons, we moved to this resort town, just 50min. away from their city.

Sorta the best of both worlds. :D
