transformation from brackish to salt

I have a 25 gallon that is currently brackish. Im planning on upgrading the tank to a 55g. My salanity is around 1.009 to 1.011.
I've been told that i can convert my tank to a salt.
Can this be done with these type fish:
1-really fat spotted puffer
2-mono argentina's and
1-midnight goby.
Any info would be great.

Sure, all those listed can successfully adapt to salt water.

You have to go slow over a period of weeks. I'd increase the level by .02% every 5days until you reach .024-26.
