Hi all,
recently (through something my 3 year old did, no doubt) whenever I initialize IE by clicking on the 'E" or the icon on the desktop, what opens is just a bar(no picture) somewhere on the screen with whatever page it has opened to-- but its minimized. I have to move over and click on the maximize button to enlarge it. Every window I open after that does the same thing, it opens as a 3 inch long bar on the screen instead of the open window. I went to IE options through the 'tool' section, but I can't find anything to change to return it to where it was; I've even returned everything to default settings to no avail.
