How old is this setup? and is this setup complete?

Sounds like a steal at $200. I paid over $400 for mine new.

they will only run american bulbs!no ushio or aqualines thats the problem.i have an old corallife ballast it kills the bulbs tring to fire them.unless they are corallife bulbs

The ballast is about two years old. The bulbs are about 1 month old now. If you want the reflectors and moguls you will have to give me time to replace mine. I am currently using them. I have had a couple of offers so far and the best one is $170 shipped. I would like to sell sometime soon so the best offer within a couple of days gets it.
