Need Help from an AOL person posting Pics

I am just plain dumb. i cant seem to make it work.
please post what i need to post a pic from "my AOL"

sea,

on aol, you need to click on "Internet" at the top... then on the bottom of the drop down list select "FTP (File Transfer Protocol)". Then click the button on the bottom right that says "go to FTP". Then double click "members.aol.com" on the drop down list. Then click "upload". Type in the name of the file you're going to upload, such as "reef.jpg" and hit enter. Then click "browse" and go find the file you want to upload. Double click it then click "send". Whalla. Then type into a webbrowser http://members.aol.com/YOURUSERNAME/THENAMEOFTHEFILE
