I'm still new on this hobby and i just want to ask your oppinion on my lighting. I have a 125 gal tank 60X18X24 reef mixed SPS and soft corals. SPS on top and soft corals on the middle and bottom. Theres 3 175W MH 1400 k Hamilton and 4 55w PC actinic and im not still satisfied with my coral coloration. My lighting is a nice crisp white with a little tinge of blue. I see tanks here that really show bright colors on the'ir SPS. I wanted to switch to 250 w MH but i was told where im buying my corals that i have enough light. He was suggesting that i put 2 VHO actinic blue on back and 1 white in front to get a better coloration on my coral. What do you think guys?
