Very cool. I understand these are one of the hardest anenomes to keep. How long have you had yours?

I hate to say.....but only a week. It's/they are very healthy. I now can see an oral disc forming on one of the two anemones.

Man you've got a great looking tank there. I would love to see some more pictures. What are the stats on it?

As far as the ritteri goes, since it split it's a good sign :) It looks very healthy to me, so I think you will have it for some time. Good luck with it!

Great pictures and a great tank.
Some time, anemone split due to injuries. It is possible that your anemone may have being injured durring shipping or removal from LFS to your tank. In any case, great news. I love to have a Ritteri that beautiful.

Holly man, i have a purple base and light purple tentacles that is getting larger than 15". i hope it split for me. I would love to have a clone of the one i have.

I heard some people claimed that their Ritteri splitted, i did not believe them, now i see it with the pics for myself. Very cool!!!
