Well the time is near. I have a new 125 gal reef tank with a sump and skimmer. I will be adding my SD 3-4 in. and 100+ lbs of LR in the next 2 weeks. I plan to let it cycle for around 2 mo. I am interested in some schooling fish, flame angel, a tang, cleaner crew, cleaner shrimp and more to follow. I assume I need to start with a dossal schooling fish to start, and add additions slowly. What is a good first fish? I need color.:fish1:

A school of Green Chromis would be rockin. You could take about 8 possibly- or 7 rather, since apparently odd numbers are more attractive.

I'd recommend looking into a Yellow or Blue Regal Tang- those are some of my favorites, and then you can check around for some really colorful smaller fish. Look at Royal grammas, Mandarin Gobies, maybe come Clown fish- the possibilities are endless. Check out www.liveaquaria.com for some great info on many types of marine fish and inverts.
