How to Search for Patents?

Can someone direct me to a site where I can search for patent information by company or product and not typing in the actual patent number? The U.S. Patent Office site is a huge PIA.

goto uspo.gov.

This is the United States Patent Office Website. From there, you'll have to navigate to do patent searches. This is a patent database which I've used and found very helpful for doing patent research projects for law classes.

I managed to sift my way through the site and find the search and learned how to search by patent holders name among other things.
