Skimmer Question????

My 60gal is about 4 years old. I have been running a Bak-Pak2 for a skimmer, not doing much anymore! I run no filteration, just 6"DSB, 50lbs LR, 8W UV, 200W Ebow. & 2-PH's. Now my question, I would like to get a GOOD hang on type, Skimmer, any options?? Thanks, Tim

Well, the back pak2 is a "good" skimmer but i have heard that the rio pump does wear out. Mine did so i replaced it with the maxijet 1200 and the venturi attachment. It works great for me now. Its a lot cheaper than a whole new skimmer. I have heard good things about the Remora HOB though.

Does anyone know if the Maxijet 1200 fits the Bak-Pak2 without any extras?
