Fish ID Please

Here is a fish that my dad and I caught in the Keys. I just wanted to know what in the world he is. My dad called him a "hi hat" but i haven't found anything about a "hi hat" on the net.Thanks for your help!

Common name is High Hat. :) Equetus acuminatus is the species name. http://fishbase.org/Summary/SpeciesSummary.cfm?genusname=Equetus&speciesname=acuminatus for more info.
