Grateful for some input from anyone keeping Banggai cardinals. I have 3 (I know this should be 2, but will remove the spare). The male is a fantastic fish and is not shy at all really displays to the firefish in the tank (he has been in the tank a while and is the sole survivir of a bad case of Ich). The other two stay fairly close together but refuse to eat anything. THey have been in the tank for a week and were eating live ghost and brine shrimp, now they won't touch a thing. I am watching for signs of agression, but none is showing ripped fins or damage. Any advice on what I can do.

Sorry for the long post, but getting a little frustrated by my inability to pair this fish.

Try some mysis shrimp, that should get them going.

Mine eat all frozen and FD plankton. Are they breeding? That may be it.

They may not be eating due to aggression factors.
They need to establish a hierarchy.

Thanks for the replies. Sorry I took a while getting back.
Have tried live ghost today, but nothing. One has ripped fins and is now residing in a separate tank. The other female is looking a bit brown/grey and hanging around looking pretty lethargic. The male still looks like the peacock of the tank and displays to all (even the live food).

Any other ideas?
