Circulation/Water-movement

This is for a 100 gallon ===> softies, lps, maybe a couple of clams, BTA, and some fish (copperband, yellow tang, and/or foxface, clown).

So far I have 2 Maxi-jet 1200's, and an Iwaki 30RLT for the return.

Could someone with experience steer me in the right direction on how I should setup the flow in the tank?

i don't know what u mean by set up flow but you're off to a good start. on my 92 corner i have the Iwaki 30RXT not RLT. yourspumps around 600GPH which is fine. mine pumps around 1000 but i have valve after pump throttling it down to probably 600-700GPH. full throttle blows sand around some. i would get at least 2 more Maxi 1200's. i use 6 and IMO that's perfect amount for my tank. i have 1 on each side up high facing towards front glass bow. then i have 1 on each side about 3" below water surface facing each other. then i have 2 more that are toward back of tank shooting foward only about 1/2 up tank. i want to get a wavemaker though so they're not all always blowing.
