LPS vs Polyps

Hey guys,

I am planning out my 20 L nano right now and I want to go mostly semi-aggressive LPS along with polyps like Xenia, GSP, Clove, Glove, Zoanthids. When the polyps begin to grow close to the LPS, shouldn't the LPS be able to defend itself? I am wondering if I should harvest the polyps before that happens, or should I just let them 'duke it out' and maintain a balance that way? Thanks,

Up to you how to handle competition. Each interaction will likely have a different outcome, and you cannot say that "LPS" will or will not defend successfully against so broad a range of other species. They might, and they might not. My hunch is in most cases you list, "might not" is probably going to happen.
