fuge lights!

all right, was wondering how long you guys and girls run your fuge lights??how many of you put live rock in them as well??:)

I run my fuge lights opposite my tank lights. Lights are on about 12hrs give or take. My fuge is 3 sections, one does have liverock within which a mantis shrimp lives. The other 3 are vegetation or random soft corals that end up in there when they begin to overcrowd the main tank.
