Hi! I'm kind of new here. I just had a question about anemones. I was thinking of buying a BTA or a LTA, but I do not know if my tank has enough lighting for it.

I have a 30g cube tank (custom made). I was at the store the other day and I saw a LTA. I'd like to have it so my maroon clown will have be in it.

My lighting is 2x55watt 10,000k bulbs. Is this enough? What about with feedings? Just curious.....would a BTA be a better option for me?

BTA will definetely be a better option. They are easier to keep that LTAs, and will live under your lights. Do some more research on this board, there is ton of info on BTAs.

I really wanted LTA also, but I opted for the BTA. I cant complain, I thought LTA were the only way to go, but I'm really enjoying my BTA. If you're going to get the LTA (which its recommended you dont), you might just end up having to take it back anyways.

How old is your tank?

I'd opt for the BTA. I'm new to anemones, so I cant give great advice. I'm still getting advice on mine :D
