Is the end caps for VHO and NO the same? I'm going to convert the NO to VHO using the IceCap 660 ballast.

VHO are two pin bulbs. I'm not sure I understand what you are asking though. I have the IceCap endcaps and it will fit any 2 pin bulb (VHO or NO)

Thanks for the response. I know Slyvania makes HO & VHO lamps that have recessed double contact. So I thought the endcaps might be different. I was able to check with URI and the lights they make fits standard medium bipins that are simular to normal output T12 lights.
