Thanks! Your site is loaded with information, I suggest people visit it and use it as a guide, plenty of facts and helpful advice!:D
Also, is it still ok if I take you up on your offer for some of those Mushrooms? I'm thinking sometime in September after I get my MH's, let me know!

I have also found it to be a great site and very helpful.
Plus, you have some great tank pics along with your info.

Here's another little tip that will help out with the packaging:
1. Cut a piece of egg-crate lighting diffuser to fit on top of a flat object you have in the kitchen (like a cutting board or cookie sheet).
2. Lay some waxed paper on the flat surface (cutting board) and place the egg-crate on top.
3. Using a rubber spatula, spread the fish food into the egg-crate.
4. Place the whole thing in the freezer and leave it for a few hours.
5. After it's frozen, pop the little cubes out and place in zip-lock bags.
Now you have nice individual cubes, which makes it much easier at feeding time. I also like to mix a little unflavored gelatin and hot water into the food to keep the cubes in one piece.
