Most Tru-Value hardware stores have it.

The one close to me doesn't have it :(

Is the Weld-on 16 the best one to work with?

I've been buying my weldon at Modern plastics in Peabody MA.
I get the liquid and the thickened (#16) there. Also the #4052 which bonds PVC, CPVC, ABS and Acrylic.

If Cadilac Plastics still exists in Boston/Sommerville, I would bet they have it.
