what size of air bubbles for snailman skimmer?

Ok, I have no clue what to look for. I made a 4" by 4' skimmer with a medo pump with 3 2" blocks, now Its all pvc so I can only look down the hole, should I see a bunch of lil bubbles a first or a mixture of lil and big bubles? Im so confused :confused:

Give it a couple of days and see if you start getting some good skimmet collected. If you have good airstones the bubble size will be very small to start (some will join together on the way up) and should work very well.
