How change from BTU to Hp?

I was looking at a chiller and only says 900Btu. I wonder how any HP is it?
I know is a small one, but how much a 1/6, 1/5 or maybe a 1/4?

My 1/6 is 1545 btu.. Here these ar all Pacific coast chillers

So 900Btu is something from 1/10 to 1/11HP. Wow, I guess that chiller is smaller than I thought.
Do you think it will be OK for a 46g ?
