DIY pH, salinity, and temperature

Hi,

I am building a DIY controller for my tank. I have the outputs figured out (relay board connected to an RS232 board).

I'm having trouble finding good sources for DIY temperature, salinity and pH. Specifically, I want to connect these to another RS232 or parallel port on the PC.

What is a good source for the probes?
