Looking at the diagram here (http://www.hawkfish.org/snailman/diy4inskimmer.htm)
The 6" long 2" PVC (inner) tube in the collection cup is really not to scale in the drawing. How far should this tube extend down into the top of the skimmer? Should it be flush with the top of the reducer in the skimmer body? Or should it extend some distance down into the skimmer body?
