Can anyone tell me how big of an aquarium I need to make a sump/refugium for a 90g and a 180g to insure I won't have an overflow problem. Thanks

There is a calculator on RC. Look on the front page, lower left had side. But basically you need to know how many gallons of water could be held over your overflow plus the amount of water you want to hold in your sump etc.

So without more info about your tanks we can't give you an answer. Check out the calculator, works great!

Thanks, I forgot about the calculators. If I understand it, for a 90g I need room for 7.5 gallons. Therefore I need to set my baffles low enough to allow an additional 7.5 gallons to flow back into the sump.
