I origionaly had this problem in the coral forum but the more I thought this might be better here.

I recently added 2 percula clowns and they have been in their Hatian Anemone at night and the Clarki Clown has been scaring them into the colt for coverage durring the day.

The Clarki Clown lives mostly in a Blue Carpet but goes back and forth from time to time.

Could the clowns be stinging the colt?
I know when my frog spawn touches the colt it dies in the same way...

I don't believe the Clowns will "sting" the colt, but they will definately cause it to contract.

How close are the two anemones? You should try to seperate them as far as possible and hope that the "Percs" will claim a territory. But the Clarkii is definately more aggressive and may never stop harassing the Percs.

They are about 24" apart and could seperate them about 4' I have thought about that. Leaving one in the middle of the tank and moving the 2 little ones to one end

here the other carpet is
