Canopy and stand for 180

My budddies at www.michiganreefers.com helped me build this monster. The stand is 30 inches tall and the canopy is 15 inches tall. The height is to accomodate a 8 gallon surge tank in the canopy. We still have to di the cut outs for the doors but here it is. The top also opens up. I am finishing up the canopy for my 180RR. I have been concerned witht th eweight of my canopy sitting on the tank. Do you have yours sitting totally on the tank or do you have additional support (screwed into a wall)?
