Do I need a special drill bit????????

Do I need a special kind of drill bit to drill a hole in acrylic? If so, what kind should I get and can I get it at Lowes? :confused:

I used a regular hole saw (the kind you use to drill holes for doorknobs and such) with no problems. I did pick up a piece of acrylic while I was at the store to practice before attacking the tank.
