Advance Metal Halide Baslast Question...

Is there someone out there that can tell me if I can run a 175W Ushio bulb in this balast... Advance 71A55HO, I'm attaching the spec sheet...
In case this work I want to know how should I mount this balast inside a metal case...should I bolt it directly to the metal or should I mounted to plastic, wood base or something similar...
And is there a way to ground this instalation, I'm concerned about not having a ground in the diagram shcematics shoun in the spec sheet :(
