Algae ID...and eradication...

Can anyone ID this algae? It is red/brown grows very slow, kinda leafy but flat and really does not seem to spread to any other rocks then the couple that it has always grown on. I have scrubbed it off but not able to get all of it and over time it will grow back. Snails get on it but do not seem to eat it, have seen the tangs pick at it but must not be real tasty...

Thanks for the reply but this does not blow off with a power head or any other pump. It will scrub off with a stiff bristle brush and vigorous scrubbing.
