Moving fish from quarentine to show tank

What is the best, easiest and less stressfull way of doing this? Thank you!

If your q-tank is fairly empty (LR and such), I would use a plastic container like the specimen containers used in the LFS and herd the fish into it one by one. It's fairly easy to do this with your hand. Then use an empty salt bucket for acclimation to your display tank water. Follow this by recapturing with the plastic container and transfer to your display. Try to avoid the use of a net.
