Anywhere in L.A. to get CSL UV bulb replacements?

Anyone know where in L.A. I can get a CSL double-helix UV sterilizer replacement bulb? I bought the unit from FFExpress, but they don't seem to exist any longer. MarineDepot doesn't carry them, and most LFS have never heard of them. Mine has worked great for 7 months, but I need a replacement bulb today, if possible; it's around the replacement time anyway, and one of my fish showed signs of ich yesterday for the first time since I got the unit.

Any ideas? Thanks...
