Hey all,
I purchased two bluelines in December along with 2 new 20K
Radiums. Two weeks ago one of the ballasts stopped firing up. I checked the bulbs using the other ballast and they were fine. I have also checked the wiring by swapping the bnc connection plugs and the wiring was fine too. While waiting for a replacement ballast from Champion I would simply swap the BNC connectors half way through the day and the one ballast would power either bulb with no problem.
The replacement ballast arrived a week ago and only fired for about 40 minutes at a time. Then it would cut out but remain extremely hot and so would the bulb. Champion sent me another replacement which I received today. Same thing-half an hour then it cut out. MUST be something to do with my setup but I'm so confused because the original worked for months and the other works either bulb just fine. Anybody have experience with this that they can share??
