I have a 10 gal nano and I'm thinking of upgrading my lights to power compact. I'm looking at this, Aqualight 24in. Deluxe Power Compact 65wt with coralife 50/50 bulb. Do you all think this would work, if not what do you suggest?

Right now I have just flourecent lighting and mostly soft corals in my tank but I'm thinking about getting some hard corals

Thanks

You can keep a few softies with 65 watts, but you won't have much luck past that. I tried to keep some low light SPS frags alive under 2 65s with little success.

It all depends what u want to keep. Try and design your lighting system around what you want to be kept in the tank. So do research on livestock u plan to keep if you havent already done so.
