How to kill Ich in invert and coral tank ? helpppp

A lot of product can eliminate ich only in fish only tank.
Now I have invert, coral in my tank with my sick fish.
How to treat my fish without remove the fish to separate tank?

So far there are no reef safe ick cures that work reliably time after time. The best reef safe treatment seems to be feeding foods soaked in garlic oil, however this seems to be mostly effective on minor infections and not all the time. If you want to be absolutely sure of both curing the fish and eliminating the ick from your reef tank you will have to bite the bullet and treat the fish in a seperate tank and leave your reef fishless for at least 4-6 weeks.
