Advice on mounting lights please

I'm finishing my new hood for my 75 which will house 2 halides and 2 VHOs. I want to mount my VHOs about 5" down from the top. Can you suggest a method of doing this from the top or even one from the front and one from the back inside surfaces? Pics would be great!

I think I'll tag along on this. I'm planning out a canopy for a 180 with the same type of idea. Halides across every 2 feet and 2 full length VHOs.

Get you a piece of acrylic or plywood and make you a bracket to mount your endcaps to.
