ozonizer and UV

My hippo tang has a few spots from time to time. Since he is very healthy otherwise, I don't want to risk treating him with copper.
I have just installed a ozonizer with 100mgl/hr capacity.
My question is does ozonizer helps? If yes, what capacity do I need for a 400GL if it is to install on the skimmer.

What about UV? How big would it be effective on 400GL?

I can't help you with the ozone, but you'd need at least a 120W UV unit.
