un whitening of base rock help plz!!??

ok just recieved some very awesome base rock from www.reeferrocks.com awesome shapes and tons of holes!! if this rock was live rock it would be perfect...anyways its all bare white... any ideas on how to super charge some life onto this rock or add some color?? all natural ways plz any ideas??? maybe encrusting critters? thanx please help or post pic ideas

How long hs your tank been set up and how long has the rock been in the tank?

If your adding the new rock to an established tank with other "un white" rock, just make sure the Calcium level is good and it should not take too long for the colors to start. MH lights might slow the "un whitening" process.

I had a piece of LR that I pealed some zoos off and then put into a dark sump for a few months. Total white rock. Took about 3-4 weeks in main tank to get a decent amount of color on it.
