Yellow Streaked fairy wrasse, Cirrhilabrus luteovittatus is the closest match I have been able to find.

Scott Michael's description of a female is olive to purplish-blue through-out, so maybe it is a female since it doesnt have the yellow streak???
It seems large to be a female...and pretty.

Any other ideas?

Here is another photo. My camera isnt the best, so it is hard to get a good focused pic. She is always swimming around.

However, I will say that this is the most friendly fairy wrasse I have seen. I placed her in the display tank on Friday and she was out eating saturday.

Now whenever I am near the tank she swims out to me for food. Even when my hands are in the tank scraping algae off the front, she swims around my hands and eats the particles.
My flame wrasse seems to like to swim with her too.

Usually they are more shy.
