VHO retrofit question

I'm about to set up a VHO lighting system but I had a quick question. Does anybody know the difference between the Icecap electronic ballast, and the "ARO ballast" that is used with he hellolights.com system? I only want to do this once and would like a efficient design. Is one better than the other, because the hellolights kit costs about $50 less than the least expensive Icecap retrofit kit I've found. Will I have to replace my bulbs more frequently? Does the Icecap produce more light? Thanks alot.

The only real difference, as far as I can tell, is that the Icecap is dimmable while the hellolights version isn't. Also, I think Icecap has a somewhat longer warranty.

Both companies have outstanding reputations for customer service, though. I've only dealth with hellolights and couldn't be happier with them.
