I guess it is lost on you that they are destroying reefs and killing the corals to get this.

Hopefully that's not the case. If the company is serious about staying in business then I would hope they'd be aquaculturing it somehow.

hmm

The above statements and claims have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

On the other sites that sell similar products they all say "Harvested from fossilized coral. Not harmful to living coral."

Too bad there still harming the reefs. :rolleye1:

I dont think they are taking live coral and pulverising them into a powder to make a pill. I would think it more likely to be a new marketing scheme telling people they have a new sorce for manufacturing calcium pills. If anything they might be using dead coral skelton but its probably just your average man made calcium pill wrapped in a box with a new idea.

Haha, my parents buy that stuff. I sneak a few pills every now and then. It is taken from fossilized corals, so there is no harm to the reefs.

I doubt they're tearing up reefs for this pill. Think about all those bags of dry crushed coral found in every fish store. If there's enough reef to sustain that, there's gotta be enough for a few pills. Think about how many pills you could probably make with a 10lb bag of crushed coral.
