Help! I'm moving

Excuse my ignorance, but I need to transfer my new unused 104 glass tank by tomorrow about 3 miles down the street. They just let me know today. I have never moved such a heavy a fragile object. Is there any special way to carry it or do people specialize in doing this? What about special equipment?

I moved a 90 gallon glass tank 250 miles, just emptied it, lifted it with a person @ each end, put it in the bed up my truck with styrofoam chunks under the corners and the middle of each side.
Secured it so it couldn't slide around, had no problems.
